Milly's founder Michelle Smith worked at luxury fashion houses Hermès, Louis Vuitton and Dior after graduating from New York's Fashion Institute of Technology. Launched in 2001, her sumptuous vintage-inspired brand of glamour has earned the label a host of fans, including Jennifer Aniston and Cameron Diaz.
