"It's all about versatility," says Brazilian designer Daniella Helayel of her London-based label, adding: "An Issa dress can be worn from the beach to the office and then onto the red carpet." Founded in 2001, Issa caused a storm in 2010 when Kate Middleton stepped out in one of Helayel's delectable designs for the official announcement of her royal engagement.
