Alberta Ferretti

  • Clothing
The daughter of a tailor, Italian designer Alberta Ferretti opened her first store aged just 18 and launched her eponymous label six years later in 1974. Known for her romantic flourishes and divine goddess gowns, Ferretti is a favorite of A-list stars such as Uma Thurman and Sarah Jessica Parker. Her work is a masterclass in the art of feminine draping, with an emphasis on intricately embellished necklines and signature floor-sweeping hemlines.
